Lydiard Park is tracking towards the tail-end of the construction programme.
Brickwork is due to be completed in mid-July, including front and rear fencing. Internal joinery, door, plastering and external timber cladding installation works are all progressing.
Internal wall and ceiling plastering is well advanced with staircases currently being installed. Landscaping, tiling and painting are all anticipated to commence shortly.
Delays due to subcontractor availability and material procurement are currently being experienced by the construction industry in Victoria. These delays have impacted the programme at Lydiard Park resulting in a revised anticipated settlement timing of late September this year.
The Lydiard Park project team are continuing to work hard to manage any further programme delays, and will keep purchasers updated on progress.
